Founder Kevin Kain began his career installing automatic doors in medical facilities, gaining deep expertise in ADA and government construction. He first entered the field in the late ’70s, installing automatic doors for his father’s company, and these early experiences shaped the disciplined, detail-driven approach that defines Kain Construction’s work across residential and commercial projects.
Over the years, Kevin assembled a trusted team of skilled carpenters, estimators and project managers who share his dedication to craftsmanship, communication and quality. Today, Kain Construction operates its own shop and manages projects of every size with precision and care.
Kain Construction believes in doing the right thing for clients, employees and the community. Family values run deep here: Kevin’s son Colin has joined the company, carrying on a tradition of hands-on craftsmanship and integrity.
